Most Start-up CEOs – especially those who run loss-making companies with billion dollar valuations – maintain a low profile. It’s not common for such CEOs to be spotted driving expensive cars. So, it came as a bit of a surprise when Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal’s supercars were captured on camera. Mr. Goyal owns a Lamborghini Urus and a Porsche 911 – two cars that are extremely fast but are quite different from each other. The Lamborghini is a SUV, and rides high while the Porsche is an out and out sportscar that’s low slung. Let’s check out the pictures of Deepinder Goyal’s supercars. Deepinder Goyal’s Lamborghini Urus and Porsche 911 Carrera S were spotted together at night. Since the pictures were taken at night, the colour of the Urus is hard to figure. It looks like some kind of dark blue but don’t be surprised if it’s a shade of black as well.

Launched in 2018, the Lamborghini Urus is the Italian supercar brand’s best selling SUV, ever! Yes, Lamborghini did make a SUV way back in the 1980s called the LM002, but the SUV was not really a hot seller. In sharp contrast, the Urus seems to have arrived at a time when SUVs are getting more and more popular across most countries in the world, and this explains why Lamborghini is selling so many. Also, the Urus is much sportier and aggressive in its looks and performance compared to the bare-basic and rugged LM002.
The Lamborghini Urus is based on the same platform as the other luxury SUVs from the Volkswagen group such as the Audi RSQ8, Bentley Bentayga and Porsche Cayenne. However, the Urus is the sportiest of the lot. It’s powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine with a maximum power output of 650 PS and a peak torque output of 850 Nm. This engine is paired with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. Prices for the Lamborghini Urus start at Rs 3.15 crore in India.
The Lamborghini Urus is the first modern-day SUV from the brand it has gained massive popularity around the world. In India, it has become the quickest-selling Lamborghini ever and the brand has delivered more than 200 units of the high-performance SUV in the country. A lot of celebrities and business magnates in India own the Urus. Some prominent names include Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Kartik Aryan, and the Ambani family.
Porsche 911 Carerra S
The iconic Porsche 911 Carerra S has been around for years and only a select few true-blue automobile enthusiasts choose this car. Owning a 911 is a matter of good taste among enthusiast circles.
Talking specifications, the sportscar is powered by a 3.0-litre flat-six cylinder boxer petrol engine with twin turbochargers. 450 Bhp of peak power and 530 Nm of peak torque is what the flat six motor produces, enough to get the 911 Carerra S to 100 Kph from standstill in less than 4 seconds. Gear shifting is handled by an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission that one the quickest automatic transmissions found on any car in the world. A rear wheel drive layout comes standard.
There are only a handful of celebrities in India who own a Porsche 911 Carerra S. Actor Ram Kapoor and Mamta Mohandas own a 911 Carerra S. Cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Suresh Raina also own a Porsche 911 but that is a different, more powerful model.
